1. PROJECT ENGAGEMENT

All projects require a signed Master Service Agreement (MSA) before commencement.

Scope alterations post-PRD approval may be subject to additional sprint cycles.

We utilize bi-weekly agile sprints to ensure continuous client alignment.

Client participation in weekly velocity calls is highly recommended for optimal results.

Milestone-based projects require a 40% initial investment to reserve engineering slots.

Agile retainers are billed monthly in advance to guarantee team availability.

Failure to meet payment milestones may result in temporary suspension of development.

All fees are transparent and listed explicitly in our technical proposals.

Full intellectual property rights are transferred to the client upon final payment.

We retain the right to showcase projects in our portfolio unless specified in the NDA.

Initial research and boilerplate components remain the property of the Studio.

The Studio is not responsible for 3rd party API failures post-handover.

We value long-term partnerships over short-term gains. Our terms are designed to protect both the client vision and our engineering standards.
