Transparent and fair rules for cancellations and refunds.
1. Internship Refunds
Refund eligibility for internship programs is determined by the stage of service delivery at the time of cancellation request. Our refund structure is designed to be fair while accounting for resources already allocated:
If we haven't sent you any work yet.
If we've already sent the first task.
If you have received more than 1 task.
Once we generate your final certificate, the fee becomes 100% non-refundable because the service is fully delivered.
2. Project Refunds
Why is the 40% advance non-refundable?
When you pay the 40% advance, we immediately pay our architects and designers to start researching and wireframing your project. Because this labor happens right away, we cannot refund the advance amount.
3. What if a transaction fails?
Payment gateway failures occasionally result in funds being debited from your account without successful transaction completion on our end. In such cases, the payment processor automatically initiates a reversal within 5–7 business days. This is a standard banking protocol and requires no action from you. If funds are not returned within 10 business days, please contact our support team with your transaction reference.
