Refund Policy
Transparent and fair rules for cancellations and refunds.
1. Internship Refunds
We believe in being fair. If you change your mind about an internship, here is how our refund process works based on how far we've progressed:
If we haven't sent you any work yet.
If we've already sent the first task.
If you have received more than 1 task.
Once we generate your final certificate, the fee becomes 100% non-refundable because the service is fully delivered.
2. Project Refunds
Why is the 40% advance non-refundable?
When you pay the 40% advance, we immediately pay our architects and designers to start researching and wireframing your project. Because this labor happens right away, we cannot refund the advance amount.
3. What if a transaction fails?
Sometimes money gets deducted from your bank but the transaction shows as "failed" on our end. Don't worry! This is usually an issue with the banking server. In such cases, the money is automatically refunded to your account within 5–7 business days.

It typically takes about a week for banks to process refunds. If it takes longer, just let us know and we'll check the transaction ID for you.
