Internship Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

BucketStudy internship programs do not include live sessions. All internship tasks, training materials, and assignments are shared through PDF or email.

  • If the first task / PDF / assignment has already been sent, refund is allowed with a 20% deduction.
  • If no task or PDF has been sent yet, refund is allowed with a 10% deduction.
  • Once a student receives more than one task or starts working,no refund will be issued.

2. Refund Process

Students must email their refund request to support@bucketstudy.com with:

  • Full Name
  • Registered Email & Mobile Number
  • Payment Screenshot / Transaction ID

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

3. Certificate Policy

Once the internship certificate is generated, the fee becomes completely non-refundable.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

  • More than one task sent
  • Student started doing internship work
  • Certificate generated
  • Discounted / Offer-based enrollments

Project Development Refund Policy

1. Advance Payment

For project development, clients must pay a minimum 40% advance. This advance is non-refundable because developers, designers, and resources are allocated immediately.

2. Work Started Clause

Once project work has begun — including UI design, research, frontend, backend, or documentation — the fee becomes 100% non-refundable.

3. Delivery Rules

  • 40% payment → Work begins & UI/Prototype shared
  • 70% payment → Functional demo delivered
  • 100% payment → Source code + deployment delivered

4. EMI for Projects

EMI option is available only for project payments. EMI approval depends on the client’s bank or Razorpay. BucketStudy does not control interest rates, EMI approval, or rejection.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

  • 40% advance payment
  • Project work has already started
  • Client changes requirement
  • Client delays or no response
  • EMI rejected by bank
  • Change of mind after work begins

Failed or Duplicate Transactions

If payment is deducted for a failed transaction, Razorpay automatically refunds the amount within 5–7 business days. For assistance, email support@bucketstudy.com with your Transaction ID.
