• Program has not yet started.
• Participant provides a valid reason supported by evidence.
• Refund request is submitted within the specified time frame mentioned on the program page.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Please note that the following are non-refundable:

• Completed programs or internships.
• Any digital resources or certificates already issued.
• Administrative or registration fees.

3. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days. Participants will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.
