1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the BucketStudy platform (https://bucketstudy.com) and our related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using our site or services.
2. Account Registration & Google OAuth
You may register for an account using your Google profile. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must ensure that the information associated with your account is accurate and updated.
3. Services, Payments & Delivery
BucketStudy offers various services including Internships, Project Development, and Premium Portfolios. By purchasing any of these services, you agree to our pricing, payment, and refund policies:
- Digital Delivery Policy: All services provided by BucketStudy are 100% digital. Access to premium portfolios, tasks, and digital certificates are delivered instantly or within the specified timeframe directly to your dashboard or email. No physical goods are shipped.
- Premium Portfolio Unlock: A one-time payment of ₹299 grants you access to premium portfolio themes and public hosting. This is a non-refundable digital service once the portfolio is successfully published.
- Project Development Advances: A 40% non-refundable advance is required before our architects commence wireframing and development work.
- Payment Processors: We use recognized third-party payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay) to process transactions safely. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge the applicable fees.
4. Internship & Certification (MSME Scope)
BucketStudy is an MSME-recognized entity. However, successful completion of an internship requires the timely submission of required project tasks. BucketStudy reserves the right to withhold certificates or terminate internships if the submitted work violates academic integrity or if deadlines are missed without prior approval.
5. Acceptable Use & Network Security
You agree to use our platform responsibly and only for its intended educational and professional purposes. Any attempt to compromise the integrity of our systems, including but not limited to cyber-attacks (e.g., DDoS), unauthorized data scraping, spamming, or bypassing authentication, is strictly prohibited. BucketStudy actively logs IP addresses and reserves the right to immediately and permanently ban any IP address or user account found violating these security policies, without prior notice.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, platform design, visual assets, and trademarks associated with BucketStudy are the sole property of BucketStudy Studio. You retain ownership of the project code you independently create during your internship, but you grant us a license to showcase it on your BucketStudy portfolio.
7. Limitation of Liability
BucketStudy Studio is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, career opportunities, or financial losses stemming from gateway failures. Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service in dispute.
